Ford Lake is a paradise for those anglers who dream of finding a venue where a quill float would not look out of place. It is 5 acres in size with a big island down one side. Whilst the lake is stocked with Carp to 30lb, it is really ideal for the float and feeder angler for looking for the big Tench and Bream, both of which have been caught to double figures.

Also present are Rudd, Roach, Perch and some very large Pike and we have introduced a good head of Carp in recent years, with the most recent stocking taking place in late 2022.

This lake is fenced and gated for security. The private car park is located over the road on Lunsford Lane next to Big Lake and there is limited parking next to the lake on the verge.
